I'm just starting my business, can you still help me?

Of course. As we understand when we all start a business, the majority start small. If it's only you running the business or have 5 employees, we got you and your business covered. Embroidery allows us to be more flexible in quantity, which is why we offer a low industry minimum of 24 pieces.

What's a digitizing fee?

A digitizing fee is a one-time fee that is incurred to turn your digital logo into stitch format. Which communicates with our embroidery machine to tell where to stitch it.

I don't have a logo for my business, can you still help me?

Absolutely. We have our own in-house logo designers that would be more than happy to help. Get in contact with us via email or call us today and we can get you started.

How long does it take once I place my order?

On average, it takes about 6-12 business days after payment is received and mock-ups are approved. If you need your embroidered order done by a specific date, please let the person who is helping you. Depending on the due date, rush fees may apply.
